I was a customer since about 2000, bought a 55 inch projection TV, DVD player, and 3 mattresses over the years - spent about $5000 during this time. Recently bought another DVD player to replace the one I originally bought from them - got it home and realized it didn't have digital optical out - only digital coaxial - my reciever only had one digital coaxial input - already in use - tried to return DVD player - NO RETURNS - only exchange - but they don't carry any other equivalent DVD players so nothing to exchange with - long story short - once they get hold of your $$$ they will never let go - they were more than willing to lose a customer who has spent $5000 over a $100 DVD player - thanks a lot guys - all they want is your money - who cares if your satisfied
