It was very difficult to work with Aron from the beginning. But we had no choice as our money was with him. This is what we found. He is always busy with his other customers and he has no time for you. He is doing the project not with sound knowledge but with experimenting, trial and error sort of. He said it would be OK for the electronic equipment to stay on the drive way because it is packed. (The packing said it should be protected from sun and rain. He didn't place covers on the speakers. When asked, he texted saying I should do it myself. He doesn't think that he should consult the home owner before placing sensor and such items.

Hello, I am sorry to hear this is how you feel you've been treated. Unfortunately, a lot of what has been said here is false testimony and considered an attack on my business. As a company we do not stand for bully tactics and ask that if you have a legitimate concern or request, to contact us professionally via business e-mail or phone number. At that point myself or a representative will be happy to speak with you about your concerns during regular business hours.

We have informed Homestars of the job we completed professionally, and to your request, over a year ago, but resulted in non-payment and relentless abuse (by you) with no clear objective, other than to cause the business harm. Your project was completed with the utmost care and respect for you and your home. Many extra hours of my personal time were invested in ongoing discussions with you about your project, and further, I have always made myself and our services available to you. That said, we will not tolerate abuse.

We've had no contact from you for over a year. I have tried to get in contact with you but have received no reply. I would like to help you but continuing to discredit our business and services with false statements makes it more challenging to do so.
