We are presently having a 1100 Sq ft condo renovated. As we are moving from a 4 level home we are looking to squeeze every inch of storage space possible into our new home. We chose to put closet organizers into all the closets: small walk in in master bedroom, closet in second bedroom and hall entryway closet. The consultant we worked with listened to our needs and made suggestions which would maximize our closet storage space. The consultant did not try to up sell any features but made certain we knew what options were available. Installer arrived on time and all closets were installed in less than a full day. On July 19/13 we had a repair done to crack which had been repaired 20 years ago by a company no longer in business. Office staff were extremely helpful in setting up appointment. Work was done efficiently by Fitz Wilks who thoroughly explained what had to be done. Would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is need of help for any kind of water problem with a basement.

We were directed to Clarke Basement Systems by Basement Systems Canada as they had done previous work for us. Fitz came on July 3/13 to assess the problem and explain what could be done. Fitz and Chris arrived on July19/13 at the appointed time. Drop sheets were immediately put down to protect carpeting on stairs leading to basement. All work being done was careful explained to us. Work area was left neat and clean. Within a few hours of Fitz and Chris leaving we had a torrential downpour of rain and unfortunately had some water enter the basement but not from the repair that had just been completed. We contacted Clarke Basement Systems immediately. Even though it was late Friday afternoon Stephanie relayed our problem to Fitz who immediately got back to us. Having just been at our house he knew what the problem was and told us how it could be fixed.
