Initiated request with New Century Maids via company web site. Received response right the way and scheduled cleaning the next week. The maid arrived late with no advance warning but she did a very good clean up job within the time limit that they quoted. I would consider using them again.

Found the service over Homestars. Dimitri was very accommodating. He was able to come the same night and install a numeric lock. The price was as discussed over the phone, no upselling. He even helped me fixed my front door lock and replaced the necessary parts. He was on time and professional. I would definitely recommend his service.

The service was quick and professional. From obtaining an estimate to setting up the appointment. They were able to do most of the work via email. The technician who came was finished in approximately an hour. He was polite and friendly. All the garbage was tidily set aside. I liked the fact that I could've paid by cash, cheque or credit card. I would definitely use their service again.

Purchased voucher from dealfind to steam clean carpet (3 rooms and a hallway) at $29. First the web site appointment booking doesn't comply with my internet browser (IE8 and Safari). No one ever answers the phone, you'll always have to leave a message for them to get back to you whenever. When I finally got the appointment, they won't give you a timeframe until the night before or the morning of the day of appointment. The upsale was immediate as soon as the guy (Olek) walks through the door. Apparently a different chemical has to be used to thoroughly clean the rooms. The impression we got was either he does a horrendous non-existent job or we pay him the extra CASH for the recommended upgraded service he'll perform. Would never go with this service again!
