I too bought a voucher for steam cleaning of three rooms, a hallway and couch for $39. I was charged a double scrub fee for my couch which cost $50 extra - as apparently the steam clean in the voucher isn't good enough for couches. Since I bought the voucher mainly for the couch, and was unable to get ahold of the head office to discuss and I went ahead with the payment with the hopes I would be refunded after (I did not receive.) I have passed on to the company should tell people to begin with that couches may require an upgrade of upwards of $50.
