Had a great experience with Alex and Josh. They were right on time (despite the parking situation at our building being a nightmare due to construction) and did excellent work. 10/10 :-)

When we went to plug in our new fridge, there wasn't any power and there were sparks coming from the inside the outlet. Larry came quickly (he was done the job three hours after I called him, on a Saturday!) and was polite and friendly. He was very thorough and spent the time to make sure everything was done right (the sparking was caused by a bad wiring job the previous owners had done on an outlet in another room). Fantastic service, couldn't be happier! :)
