Had a great experience from Dimitri. I initially wanted to buy a softener from an online retailer and have a plumber install it. Dimitri asked which model I was interested in, and offered a better price for the unit. The one I bought is the Fleck 5810 SXT. He arrived on time, did a great job with the installation and was very helpful with questions that I had. He also cleaned up the work area before leaving, and didn't leave a mess behind. I also really like how responsive he is. Some contractors are impossible to get a hold of, but Dimitri has been easily reachable and helpful in responding to my messages. I will definitely call him again for future plumbing needs.

Sergei did an excellent job installing a CM-4221HD antenna on my roof. He explained his strategy before starting and asked me how I would like the installation to be done. The cable was run very neat and tidy along the exterior wall of the house, and a very small hole was drilled to get inside. Everything was really well done and I am able to get 47 HD channels in Markham, including all the major US channels (NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox, PBS). I would definitely recommend Sergei for OTA antenna installations.

The mixing valve for my water tank started leaking Friday night and I had to shut it off, which meant no hot water for the house. I called 8 places, and Rick was the only plumber who actually answered the phone (on a Saturday!). He came by within an hour, explained the repairs needed and the cost. He finished quickly and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any point, and the price was fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rick for any plumbing needs. Thanks Rick!
