I strongly recommend against any one using Provincial Smart Homes. This is a quote from the Better Business Bureau, " It has come to BBB's attention that the business is offering compensation or incentives to individuals who post reviews". We had work done by them in February with regard to the energy rebate program. The work was done efficiently but we never received the full rebate or the promised $650 that we paid for the energy audit. After a year of numerous phone calls we realise that we only talk to people who repeatedly promise that some one will call us back. No one ever does. Our promised 10yr warranty is not real as the call centre personnel are never able to transfer our call to any one working at Provincial Smart Homes
