taras was great. he was thorough in diagnosing the problem and great with repairing the machine. he explained everything that he was doing, was clear about the price in advance, and most importantly, was very respectful of my home. he wore boot covers, was careful about where he put his tools and cleaned up after the job was done.

Valentin was great, professional and trustworthy. Prompt response to set up an appointment, quickly diagnosed and resolved the problems, offered advice, and was very respectful of keeping my place clean and cleaning up after. Will definitely continue with him in the future.
