Vacuum Purchase and Installation
When we built our home in Mahogany about three years ago we decided to have our builder do a rough-in for central vac but we'd find someone to install the actual system ourselves. We searched Google and called the store that was located closest to home. It happened to be A Vacuum Store located on 130th Ave SE. When we called to set up an appointment for an estimate and a nice young lady arranged the appointment for us. On the appointment day, a very friendly gentleman showed up on time and as expected. After poking around a bit he suggested the perfect system for the size of our home and to accommodate the pet hair our cats and dogs tend to leave around the house. We agreed to the estimate and set up an installation appointment. Again on installation day, the gentleman and his son arrived on time and immediately got to work. It was in the middle of the winter and it was extremely cold outside. They finished the job in a respectable time except for the fact that they couldn't vent the vacuum outside due to the cold. He said it was not a problem to run the vacuum as is until he could return to add the outdoor venting. When the weather warmed up a couple of months later, I called and he showed up right away to complete the job. About a year later the electrical cord broke on the power head and it stopped working. I took in the power head to get it repaired. The same man was there at the store, he took one look at the piece that was broken, pulled out a spare part from the back and gave it to me. No questions and no charge. Just fantastic! I always return there to by my vacuum bags and pet their dog! I love this family run business and highly recommend them to anyone.
