Our house was assessed for mice routes and habitat - 3 bait traps were positioned around the house - one deceased mouse found outside property a couple of weeks later - no mice found inside house since work performed.

I was referred to Scott - co-owner of Clarkson General Contracting - by an acquaintance of ours in the building and renovation industry. We met and discussed the items we wanted to accomplish. Right from the get go Scott came across as possessing a wealth of info and ideas relating to home upgrades and renovations. Not only did he manage his team throughout, but he also participated on specific project tasks himself. He addressed all of our concerns and questions. He completed all tasks on the project list on time and on budget and more than a few additional tasks that were added by us. He also reacted very professionally to any last minute changes we introduced along the way !! Throughout the project Scott also provided us great ideas for design, colour and structural decisions. Millbrook, and Stephanie specifically, was referred to us by a contractor who had worked with them before. What a great referral. Stephanie redesigned our kitchen and provided plans, timeline and final costs upfront. She referred us to an appliance company which we ended up using. She coordinated with the contractor and the appliance store to ensure that all cabinet designs and measurements were to spec. Throughout the project Stephanie always made herself available to discuss our and her ideas for cabinet materials, counter top and colour matching, even including the drawer handles and knobs. She is very creative and has a great eye for style. Once the cabinets arrived she was on the job site more than a few times to make sure that the install was going as planned and dealt very promptly with any of our concerns or questions. The original costs and timeline were achieved as planned !! We are very happy with our new kitchen and would heartily recommend Millbrook and Stephanie to anyone.

Called Dodds to asses my Garage Door issues. Was told that parts were not available for my door so decided to get new door. Salesman came out on a Saturday and explained all the options available. Door was ordered and arrived within timeframe stated. Installers showed up and installed within a couple hours - good job and love the door.
