I was completely satisfied with the sales person I spoke with and the services I bought. I upgraded my water softener and water heater, and had attic insulation added as well. Everything was arranged on the same day and within a short time of ordering. The crews who came to my home were extremely professional and efficient. I was initially unhappy with the follow up for the post audit appt with an auditor and subsequent delay with getting my rebates, however Shae, the Customer Relations Manager, reached out to me and has been extremely helpful and accommodating.
