Surfaces in the kitchen, bathroom, and entrance were left untouched and in a filthy state. They claimed more hours than they could have legitimately worked. The company's service agreement allows for no redress when their commitments aren't met. Best to avoid them at all costs; literally anyone else will do a better job.

Our team reported space not being in average condition and we contacted you to advise we would need extra time as the space will need extra care. Time was approved and our team cleaned the space to the best of their abilities.
We just wanted to clarify that we do take responsibility if we fell short in providing a good quality service. Our policy is 24 hrs service guarantee meaning if there are areas that we missed or didn’t clean properly, we would come back and try to make it right if it’s reported within 24 hrs of the service. That being said we do see that we haven’t received any report after the service was done.
As per our call today, we did ask if you could provide the pictures of missed areas so our Quality team can review them even though it would be more than 24hrs from the service and we haven’t received them. We are truly sorry you didn’t have a good experience with our services and we were ready to step up and review the feedback and help out if needed.
