This is the second time I’ve used Simon and the SB Team. I am in an open-concept house and wanted vinyl plank flooring on the main floor, and a completely new stairwell to make the space look more open and modern. Simon came with so many good ideas and recommendations, both on style and some ways to keep cost under control while still achieving what I wanted. The team was punctual, quick, and very respectful of my home. Their work was beautiful and for a reasonable and competitive cost. Simon responded to my request to quote within a day - he came to look at job and promptly returned a great price. He ended up sanding and restaining our hardwood staircase and railing, as well as replacing the pickets with metal ones. He also arranged to have a partner company do all our floors at the same time. The result is incredible. It looks like a new house! Everyone working with SB was quick, clean and showed expertise in their trade. It's a family business, so they were very responsive and even worked to finish ahead of schedule. I would recommend them without hesitation. Money well spent! Thanks SB!

Big thanks to the Maple Overhead Garage doors team! Rob came out within a day of my inquiry to go through options and pricing. I was surprised how convenient it was. He arranged for a team to install our new door the same day. The installers were fast and courteous. They removed the old door and had everything completed in under 2 hours.
