In 2015 I had the good fortune to meet Aaron Del Monte, the owner of THINK CINEMA. I had been having a lot of problems with several remotes, so I wanted to streamline everything by using just one. I had a company come in and not only did they not fix the problem, it got worse! Then Aaron arrived. I cannot tell you exactly what he did, but I can tell you that the time and effort he put into servicing my TV paid off. Not only did he leave everything in good working order, his personable nature and his attention to detail was really refreshing. Aaron is a perfectionist. I work with trades every day, and when I come across a person who cares so much about pleasing a customer, it is a pleasure to give a recommendation. But that is not all! After he completed his work and suggesting a newer model TV would give me better reception, which I wanted, he left my home and then returned soon after with a new TV ! And at half the cost that I would have had to pay. Now THAT is service for you! Look no further if you need help. I have seen Aaron on more than one occasion, for other work, and the result has always been the same. THINK CINEMA, Aaron Del Monte is a master if his craft.

You know how stressful moving can be? Not anymore! The service I received from Patryk and his crew, was second to none. Packing, organizing, moving, unpacking, cleaning up kept me stress free throughout the process. Patryk cares about his clients and it shows. I also found the rates to be reasonable, compared to other companies. Patryk goes the extra mile! Look no more! I am recommending Traditional Hardwood Flooring for any and all of your service needs. I contacted Balazs Keppel, the President of the company, when I had a disaster occur with the sealing of my newly finished maple flooring. The surface looked like 'orange peel', blotches all over. Add to that, it was not smooth and generally ruined the look of the wood. I was distraught. Fortunately, on checking out craftsman who are recommended by Bona products, the great sealer that was used, I contacted Traditional Hardwood Flooring. WOW! I never would have thought the floor could end up looking like it does now. It is perfect! So smooth, that you would not even know there was a sealer on top. It just makes the wood look like it has a beautiful natural glow. Balazs, on meeting with me, explained exactly why my floor looked as bad as it did. Simply put the contractor did not know the correct protocol to finish the floor to standard. (Bona has training programmes to ensure contractors follow their guidelines.) Everything Balazs said was wrong he put right! Add to that, his caring and personable approach, made me feel comfortable that my floor was in good hands. I am a designer, so I set a high standard for work performed. As you should too. Traditional Hardwood Flooring, will not let you down. I called Jay at Steam Kleen, when I moved into my new house, to scotch guard my carpets and sofa and chair. He arrived promptly after my call. He was courteous, polite and very professional. He took his time to ensure that the application applied was perfect and he answered my questions about the product. He also told me that I should call anytime, should a problem arise. It did! My dog had an accident. Jay came back the same day that I called, and attended to the problem. I was delighted. I have no hesitation in recommending his service. I am thankful that I can rest assured that my carpets and furniture are protected by Jay. A master of his craft!
