Here is what I experienced from Ralph and his crew: -An upfront, clear quote, with no deposit required (limited my risk going in, which was appreciated) -Clear expectations from Ralph on what would be required of me before they could start the project (in my case, it required me to clear everything out of the room and off the floor) -Timely notice and pro-active scheduling updates from Ralph throughout the entire process. Ralph communicated openly by email, phone and text, all of which were appreciated -His crew, made up of Rob the boarder, Barry the taper and Mike the ceiling texturer, were all very professional, prompt and cleaned up after each step -A drywall finish that definitely satisfied my expectations, if not exceeded. Everything is straight as nails and smooth as can be I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Calgary Interior Systems again, they are true professionals at what they do.
