Brian and his team did a great job. They were flexible with changes and additions to original scope of work. The one thing that could be better would be Brians responsiveness. Overall, I was happy and satisfied with the quality of their work and would use them again.

Overall, happy with outcome. Adam and his team were all friendly and polite. However, the entire process from start to finish was nothing short of problematic, frustrating and difficult. My biggest issue with Adam was the amount of push back I got for addressing poor workmanship and quality deficiencies. Speaks volumes of quality standards. After re-doing the job 3 times (due to either bubbling throughout, and then roller marks throughout) the finished outcome was just okay. Was it worth the stress or energy to fight for quality workmanship and not accept subpar work? No. In the end, job was completed. There were still deficiencies (like uneven coating of varnish in corners and doorways) but the job had gone on for long enough. Had to cut my losses.

Masoud was very helpful, professional and accommodating. Quality workmanship and reasonable pricing and timing. I would use him again.
