Do not sign up with Polaron! I have a lease agreement with Polaron on my property in Ontario. I am doing a refinancing on the property, and needed Polaron to sign a document as Polaron is on the Title. Polaron is extremely not helpful in the process, my lawyer and I have emailed and phoned numerous times and Polaron legal team has not responded with the appropriate signature. Now the closing date is up and the refinancing is not working.
