I called this company based on a referral from my cousin. The guy John showed up the next day to provide an estimate. I wanted sand dropped on my interlocking and to have it sealed. He quoted me $1,500 plus tax. He said one coat would be sufficient for the stone as I had it sealed the year before. The crew came that Friday as promised. They got there earlier than I expected, and began moving the furniture as he promised without delay. The team did such an amazing job washing everything. They spent forever washing. All weeds GONE! Just that alone made a huge difference. But things just kept getting better. They asked me if they could seal my stone table... at NO CHARGE! I was surprised by the ethics of these guys. Who does that these days? They did such an amazing job bringing my stone table back to life. The 12 year old marble table looks brand new! The guys came back a day later and applied the sealer. I expected them to be done. But nope! John called me and said that he really wants to put another coat. I was expecting him to upswell me and ask for more money. Instead he said “I need to make the job look perfect... so it really needs a second coat... I will cover it as I can’t leave the job looking subpar” They came the next day after it dried and applied a second coat. I expected to have to move all the furniture back, but sure enough after 2 days he came back with his crew and moved everything back into place. I came home from work expecting to have to move it all back, and instead got to enjoy a drink and enjoy their amazing job. Total class act. These guys are amazing and beyond reasonably priced, and do extremely high quality workmanship. they really are a rare breed in contractors these days. I highly recommend Imperial Sealing.

I went back and forth with several people for almost 3 months trying to find the right door for our home. I had been burned on the previous house, and was very weary of how many sub-par companies are out there that don’t tell you what you are really getting. They only care about making a sale and nothing else. By coincidence, Tommy dropped his card off at our door one day while I had just met with the guys that work through Costco. I invited him in, and he took the time to explain everything to me. He advised me where to spend and where not to spend money, showed me samples, and gave me references. Tommy is a VERY patient guy, and he really works hard for the sale. Most importantly – he was on time, on budget, and even when he hit a snag, he was able to overcome it without it costing me more. He did such an amazing job. They were in and out in less time they promised, were EXTREMELY NEAT, very detail oriented, and truly did over-deliver on his promises. We are moving next month, and one of the first things we are going to do in the next home is change the garage doors. Navida is the company I am calling in to do the work. You can trust Tommy. His prices are very fair, and his product is great. Their workmanship is second to none, and most importantly, he treats people with a lot of respect. Thank you for doing such an amazing job on our house Tommy and crew. Looking forward to having you back this summer at our next home to replace both garage doors and our front door this time too.

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Do your research first, then call Tommy and you will see that Navida doors is the company to use. Spend the extra dollars and get an insulated and sealed door. I made that mistake on my last house and regretted it the first winter. Did it on my second house, and was SO glad I did. Now going onto my third house and I am going to go one more notch up on the insulated door. It is such an overlooked variable.
