We appreciated the thorough explanations and recommendations Dmitri gave us when initially quoting us for our window replacements. Now our kitchen windows look and feel bigger and brighter. Windows were delayed by a few weeks from initial estimate but the actual installation service was pretty painless - the crew came on time,asked clarifying questions as needed (instead of just assuming wrong) and finished off by cleaning.
