Ecoline Windows Calgary, Use this company at your peril!
Use this company at your peril. I had all triple glass windows installed. The installers were extremely rude. The windows were left filthy and had glue on them, which was very difficult for us to remove., we had to insist that the come back to clean them, but they did a terrible job, we needed to clean them again ourselves. The plastic frames constantly make cracking noises when the temperature goes up or down, extremely annoying. The middle pane of one of the windows cracked after 18 months, this is clearly a manufacturing defect, however, when we brought this to Ecoline's attention they stated that will not repair the glass unless we pay. No warranty after 12 months. So much for the supposed 25 year warranty that they state on their advertising.

Thank you for your feedback. As per the warranty, glass cracks are only covered for 1 year after the date of installation, which is an industry standard and not unique for our company. You were provided with all the information in regards to the warranty, which was included in your contract with Ecoline Windows.
