Washing machine required a repair. Technician showed up on time. He was very professional and I appreciated the fact that he came wearing a mask. The troubleshooting and repair was completed very quickly. The technician had done his research and found a technical bulletin regarding the problem we were having and he came with the required part in hand. Well done! !!! Work was completed under warranty. Cost is unknown.
