They did a clean job. The installers were very professional and did a great job. However, please be aware that what they say on how much rebate you'll get back may be smaller amount than told. I went through the inspector they told me to go through. I double checked with the inspector regarding the rebate amount (the sales person told me how much I would be getting back) when they came and completed the initial inspection. However, when I got the rebate, I was short $500 from what they had told me I would get back. I contacted the person who sold me their services but nothing was done to compensate their promise. The inspector later contacted me asking if he had written the new amount at the back but nothing was written. He just hung up. Just be aware.

However, regarding the rebate we always make it clear that there needs to be an energy audit done and they will provide you with the exact numbers. Auditors are on the NRCAN.GC website and authorized by the federal government. That's why we also ask for all homeowners to be present during our assessment, as the site assessor had provided your counterpart a range that you would qualify for but was unable to guarantee a specific amount for the Canada Greener Home Grant, we apologize for the miscommunication as it seems the message wasn't passed on correctly. The exact amount you qualify for would be determined at the pre-audit which is completed before the job and is entirely separate from us. Try to reach out to the auditor to clarify if there was any discrepancy between the amount they told you that you qualify for and the rebate you received.
