I ordered a door in August. The work didnt get done until April. The sales rep took for ever messaging me back to the point I though this company was a fake. I asked for notice and still no answer. It wasnt until I got a call on Thursday saying they can come for Friday to put the door in. I had to switch around many schedules and appointments to make this happen. The sales rep thought it would be OK for me to just keep my door open and let the workers go in, I dont think so. Not after the whole experience I got leading up to this day. Between dead emails and no answers, I will not be going with your company again. Its too bad. The guys that installed the door were pretty good but I had to take down have my ceiling to even get the door in. Sorry, never again. Ashley

While we highly regret that you were not 100% satisficed with our service, we strongly believe that the above accusations are not entirely accurate. As per your signed purchase agreement, you purchased your door in late November and not in August, as indicated in your review. Also, during that period we were approaching the Christmas early cut-offs from all manufacturers. At the same time several Covid-19 restrictions and closures were in place which prevented all manufacturers to work at full capacity. Covid-19 has changed the way business across the world used to operate, there were and still are several shortages in raw materials and lack of staff due to sickness. All these interruptions, which are beyond our control, have impacted the timely production of our customers orders. Because all our products are customized, depending on the size and details of each order, ready times vary. Your local branch manager informed us that he notified you about the short delay and he was to contact you again as soon as he was informed that the door was ready for installation, in which he did.
