Dave Mackie was my service technician. He was exceptional...arrived within the two hour window that was given on this extremely cold day, covered his work boots which I know he has to wear for safety............and checked the hot water heater...........and gave me lots of advise re the "mixer" that may have been the culprit. It is now working just fine...........and there was no charge, as I have been "grandfathered" on this purchase in 2005. Very personable young man!! I have been a Holmes Heating customer for probably 30 years, and really appreciate the peace of mind this gives me. Again, accolades go to Dave Mackie.
