I was an employee at Del Windows and Doors for about a year. Was very painful in every way possible. Management, Health and Safety to Product and Unskilled workers etc... all carry red flags. Benefits? What Benefits... A company that has been around for over 30 years just got them and WOW.. the corvage is a ridiculous joke. They gather everyone together in a meeting just to inform us to keep our distance due to COVID 19 and not everyone wears there mask. From finding employees sleeping to finding them smoking on a forklift. Glad I am out.... It was a circus for sure.
