Pristine Plumbing was recommended to me by several New Westers. That, along with the great reviews about them that I'd read, encouraged me to give them a call. I called them on Jan.5 at about 7:45am, and my call was answered by Daniel. I was ecstatic to hear that he had someone to send over in about half an hour! Andrew was at my door by about 8:30am! I was so happy that someone was able to come the same day, and so quickly! Andrew was easy to chat with, knowledgeable, and confident. He replaced our kitchen faucet, and then ended up needing to apply a lot of time and energy snaking our kitchen line. He persevered and was able to clear the blockage so our kitchen sinks can now drain quickly. I was very pleased with Andrew's competency and I would not hesitate to call upon him again for any future plumbing issues. I am now another New Wester who recommends Pristine Plumbing!
