We just had Direct Waterproofing work on our basement, including interior waterproofing, new drains, and a backflow preventer. Terry was great to work with throughout the whole process. He was very patient with our many questions and walked us through the whole process before starting. He communicated with us regularly while the work was being completed and left the work area tidy at the end of every day. Some plumbing issues came up during construction and he helped us to find a solution. Terry is very hardworking and genuine. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others!

Randy came after we saw a rat. He identified where they were getting access to the house and covered the hole. He was very helpful and answered our questions. So far it seems to be working, phew!
