Boris did a home inspection for us in late 2021. Having worked with 4 other inspectors in the past, I can say that Boris is a true professional that exceeded all expectations with his expertise and attention to detail. He was very thorough in his work and knowledgeable in his answers. He did find several issues with the house. Luckily, they were found early which led to a relatively easy rectification. Sean is a highly skilled, caring, courteous and honest professional, a rare combination these days. He answered my call late at night to discuss all my questions. Within less than 24 hrs of placing the request for a visit, he came to our house to inspect for mold and educated on waterproofing our house. A truly knowledgeable and trustworthy professional. He does not charge enough for this level of service. Highly recommended!
