renovate multi unit apartment building
I purchased a run down multi unit investment property. It required a complete redo as well as the addition of 3 2 bedroom apartments. The job was extensive and I had apprehensions about choosing a contractor. That was until I met John Luc Rizzo and his partner/wife Sandra. This major project was completed on time and on budget. John and Sandra are professional, friendly and knowledgable and were able to bring my vision of this project to fruition. The building is up and running and maintaining positive cashflow. I am looking forward to my next project whereupon I will readily employ the services of John Luc and his lovely wife Sandra.
