We are sorry to hear about your window troubles. After speaking with your local Clera branch we were informed that the window that you posted on the Homestars site is not a window that we sold you. Our head office contacted you and left you a message to call us back. Your son was also contacted by our branch and he informed us that he is not aware of any issues with any Clera windows.
