Highly recommend the Elite appliance service. The customer service agent is really friendly and knowledgeable. Our warranty started date is different from the date on the purchased receipt. He explained how to contact Fisher & Paykel to get the service request from them so we could get the repair done under warranty. The technician was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. We need to book another appointment until the new tube arrives. The technician finds a way that temporarily fixes the problem, so we could try the dishwasher to see if there any other issue cause the leaking problem rather than the damaged tube.
