Terra was very professional. Explained to us the whole process before we started and encouraged us to ask as much question. She was very organized. She really took time to explain to us results of her inspection. As a first time home buyer our knowledge About the system of the house is very limited but she explained things to us in a way that we can understand it easily. A day after the inspection she followed up on us for any questions we might have after seeing the report. Highly recommended!
