Since we began planning our system in 2011, Ryan and the guys at Premier Smart Homes have gone over and above my expectations after installing exactly what I envisioned a smart home to be. I have music and TV in all rooms, a home theatre, and I am able to control everything effortlessly with Control4. I even have music programmed into my light switches in rooms where I want music to play automatically when I enter it. I can view the front-door camera from any television when someone rings the doorbell, which automatically pauses whatever I am watching. I love my Control4 system, and I continue to rely on the guys at PSH for their consistency, reliability and great customer service. Raj Toronto

My wife and I cannot stop saying wonderful things about Rick and his crew from Urban Lawn Sprinklers. Rick is passionate about his business and is meticulous with his work, ensuring my driveway and lawn were kept clean throughout the install and ensured that we were part of the process. His level of service, professionalism and personality is one of Rick's best attributes. He stands behind his work and never once wavered from the original quote - which was a fair price to say the least. We asked Rick to return to make some adjustments as we installed interlocking stone. Rick is always easy to get a hold of and even when I leave him a message, he invariably gets back to me within 30 minutes. He personally returned to do the work within two days and even took time away from his family to perform the work on a Sunday. My wife and I highly recommend Rick at Urban Lawn for any irrigation work. Rick - I wish you and your company infinite success. Raj

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

We contacted Tom from Clearview to assist us with our one year Tarion warranty inspection. We found Tom to be very professional, courteous and helpful. He found things that were overlooked in our 30 day inspection and offered to review our 1 year form before we submit it. We would highly recommend Clearview and Tom if you are contemplating a home inspection.
