Ray was absolutely amazing. Not only did he do an excellent job cleaning the vents, ducts, ac but he also took the time to explain how everything works which I especially appreciated as a first time homeowner. I learned a lot! Plus, he noticed an issue with my ac drainage and truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me. Ray was very pleasant, professional and fun to talk to as well and it was obvious that he knows his stuff. It was a perfect example of exceptional client service.
