I bought a front door and storm door. Front door o.k. no prob but the screen door was a pile of rubbish It leaked at the top and where the screen and window joined The glass was too heavy to lift, the grooves for the glass were bent, this heavy piece of glass fell out, luckily no one hurt. The frame was out of square the glass covered a third of the screen when lowered. The door was returned. This was in April, After many fruitless calls, no action. They have my money, I don't have a door. My advice, don' go there Derek Middleton, Ajax

As per our conversation with our Ajax branch, they informed us that ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN and they have contacted you several times. The door was removed and sent back to the manufacturer to assess the issue. Also, as per our conversation yesterday(July 14th) I informed you that the VP of manufacturing is also looking into your issue and is waiting for the manufacturer to get back to us with more details. We are doing our very best to retain you as a happy Clera customer.
