I moved on June 29 My television was cracked 55 inch TV and my bed broken. I called and was told I reported the damage after 12 hours which is Nest Movers insurance coverage cut off according to company. I paid 1400 for the move and now have to buy a new television and bed and the company is not responsibility. I am very disappointed in the unprofessional treatment and believe a refund for the move is warranted, of not I will be contacting consumer reports at city tv about this poor service. Things happen items get damaged be responsible

Hi Letitia,
I'm very sad to know that you are blaming us for tv damage, But the truth is this tv is broken by your husband during mounting.
When we left your home we made sure that everything was okay.
we offered your husband to mount the tv on wall but he got no space that time he told us that he can manage .
However you can not blame us after 2 days of move.

I called your husband on June 30th to get feedback and he was very happy and he sent me a short video .
