Initial service call determined that our washing machine required a part to be ordered and once received, the technician would return to complete the repair.
He said he would email us the part price for our approval then place the order once we approved.
When we didn’t hear anything back, we called the next day because there was no email received, but the office said they had record of the service call but the technician didn’t send an order for parts but they would call him then call is right back. That was yesterday. At this poi t we have waited 3 days for them to accommodate the initial service call and another two days chasing them to order the part. I guess our repair job was not lucrative enough for this company to follow through with their commitment and now I am back to square one with a broken washing machine after a week. I have a very hard time believing this operation receives legitimate positive reviews when a simple matter has been handled so poorly. Lastly, the technician seemed quite bothered to be conducting g the initial service call so I can’t say I’m surprised by further crap service but here we are. Avoid this place if you need a simple repair done in reasonable timeframe.
