We are grateful that Terra fit us in for our pre-purchase home inspection and did not rush the process. She thoroughly inspected our home from roof to ceiling, inside and out. It was a walk and talk inspection where she allowed us to view the areas as she inspects them and explains her findings. Terra educated us on proper maintenance schedules of equipment and appliances to optimize their 'life' cycle and value. Any questions or concerns we had were encouraged and welcomed. She is punctual, knowledgeable, well-experienced, and personable. Our inspection was a couple of hours and then she sat down with us to review everything that was discovered. She also provided us with a home maintenance folder, good quality tape measure, and estimating and budgeting guide for necessary repairs. She e-mailed us a digital copy of our report complete with photos within a couple of hours. She kindly followed up with us to see if we had additional questions as it can be a lot to take in during the inspection. Terra also informed us of the results of the recall search on the appliances in the home; she is fantastic! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking their next home inspection.
