My husband and I worked with Tom at CVHI and were very pleased with the level of service, quality, convenience, and overall performance. Tom conducted an Extended Inspection with thermal imaging for us, and later an air quality sampling and mould sampling test. He was consistently professional, courteous, prompt, took the time to explain all steps and scope thoroughly, and checked to make sure all our questions were answered. The reports were easy to read with clear photos and included a helpful list of basic home repair price ranges. Tom also offered a collection of reputable contractors that we could reach out to for repair work, and updated the home inspection report when an added item was noticed on a second visit due to a change in weather.
