Their customer service is very bad！They did a window installation at beginning of March. People who install the window find out one window trim is missing. They told me they will install the trim with in a week. And they take the whole payment. Then it has been three months, nobody call and nobody install the trim. I called them several times and their customers service responded me that just wait, every company is slow! I placed order around the beginning of October last year! The trim should be done on the time when they install the window.
