1) They showed up on time. 2) The clean up was excellent 3) The workmanship was very good including keeping me informed as each stage of the roofing was installed, i.e. felt, ice barrier, metal valleys. 4) The house is 30 years old so it was no surprise that there were five badly weathered 4x8 panels. These were replaced at almost just cost. 4) Besides the roof they also replaced a broken downspout and repainted the two metal chimneys just as part of the service
