in 2014 we bought a sto away awning and the it had to be installed on our roof because of the configuration of our deck. This awning worked great until a few months ago. We had a new roof put on our home and the roofer moved the awning to install the roof but when it was put back on it did not work properly. I called Robin at Awning Authority and within a week or so she arranged for Tim and his crew to come and look at the awning. I had my roofer here at the same time and he watched Tim make a few adjustments and the awning was backing working properly within any hour My roofer and I were really impressed how quickly and professionally Tim and crew worked. The charge for this service call was very reasonable. The roofer said to me after Tim had left how pleased he was and had learned a valuable lesson.
