After reading the positive reviews for Air Leaders on Homestars, I decided to contact the company regarding an issue with my old Hepa filter (18 yrs old). Dan spoke to me on the phone and offered to come to my house to inspect the equipment. He arrived promptly the following day, explained everything clearly and provided a quotation for replacing both the air cleaner (30+yrs old) and Hepa filter. His team arrived the very next day and completed the job within 2 hours. They were courteous and efficient. Dan followed up with a courtesy call a few weeks later to ensure everything was working properly.
