Having found a puddle of water at the bottom of our washing machine I decided to call Speedy Appliance as they were located fairly close to us. I had no problems getting through but as Josh was on a job he said he would call back. He did, as promised, and asked for details of the problem, the model, etc. He didn't think it was a fault with the machine, and when he arrived promptly at the allotted time the following day I realised he was right. The problem was with the connector, which he fixed quickly. He is a knowledgeable fellow, and the prompt friendly service means that if needed I will not hesitate to call upon their services again
