Andy is patient and honest guy, everything has not all gone as planned, glass was broken in delivering and installing process. Andy took the lost and carried on as a responsible owner could be. After installation, there was leak spot, Andy showed up to fix the issue at first possible moment. The attitude makes us worry free for his job. I had my whole house Eavestrough replacement last year, Novak gave me full plan and reasonable quotation, after comparing 6 vendors, I chose Novak. They suggested adding new downspout. They came on time to execute the project. little leaking in one spot in first testing day, They came to fix after receiving my report quickly. In the meantime , they give me an extra pipe for free for my backyard. Came twice to send me a better pipe which they offer for free. EXcellent customer service. Out of my expectation!!
