I met Kevin from Bros. Roofing in March 2021 and was very pleased with the minor repair in Newmarket and I certainly booked him again for the whole roof on my house in Richmond Hill. He was right on time, very courteous and professional. I was very impressed by his work. I also wanted a certain color for my shingles that he made sure to obtain. His wife called to confirm that they have ordered the color I wanted which was quite professional. He never fails to promptly answer your questions whether via text or phone call. I called this company to ask for my new roof to be inspected as I saw a small leak stain on the ceiling and some shingles on the ground. First I spoke to his wife who was very polite and professional. She gave me an appointment right away. Kevin dropped by the next day and explained what was not done right and did some silicon work to stop a possible leak. He certainly sounded very knowledgeable. I do intend to give him my roof in Richmond Hill to be replaced. Communications means a lot to me and I was very impressed on how promptly Kevin responded to my text/concerns and was very punctual.
