Grout replacement and shower floor epoxy
Professionally done job. The bathroom floor was missing grout, the shower floor was showing signs of leakage, and the shower walls looked somewhat moldy in spots. They replaced grout, redid the shower floor with epoxy to prevent leakage, they replaced all caulking and plastic stripping under the shower door. It all looks brand new.
