Due to a wait on glass and having a hiccup with our order the wait time turned out to be a lot longer than expected. Daryl's communication throughout truly finished off a long process on a high note. He was prepared to make sure we were taken care of each step of the way. Vasily, our installer, did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. All in all this was a fantastic experience. Panes definitely made up for an issues with the exceptional service. Never have I had an issue with a large purchase and been so happy with the outcome.
