Both my wife and I met with Alex to discuss window choices and work necessary to replace four existing windows. Alex was very helpful and set a date for the work to be completed. The two installers showed up right on time and had the work completed and cleaned up in less than four hours. We are both extremely happy with the workmanship provided by New Look Windows. Dave the sales rep came to the house and made recommendations. We agreed to have the replacement done. The men that came to the house went over and above to see that this job looked good. The job involved work that was more detailed than the typical patio door installation. The door has been in for two years now. It still looks great and operates smoothly. Thanks for all the hard work and attention to detail. Glenn
